Our programs address the everyday challenges communities face while building long-term pathways to independence, resilience, and prosperity.
We support women to build sustainable incomes and financial independence through entrepreneurship development, savings groups, business training, financial literacy, and Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs).

Governance & Accountability
Ntangaaza Foundation is a non-profit, non-political, and non-sectarian organization operating in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Our governance structure ensures accountability at every level.
Accountability at every level
General Assembly
Comprising all registered members, approves policies, elects Board members, and receives annual reports.
Board of Trustees
Supreme custodial body safeguarding vision, mission, values, and long-term sustainability. At least 60% of Trustees are women.
Board of Directors
Provides strategic leadership, approves policies and annual plans, mobilizes resources, and ensures proper financial management.
Secretariat
Led by an Executive Director, implements Board decisions and manages day-to-day operations, programs, and partnerships.
